We may contact you via email for purposes of servicing your account, which may include sending you order confirmation emails as well as (for check customers) sending you a check reorder reminder within 9-12 months from your last order date. If you choose to opt-in to our marketing emails, we may also contact you for marketing purposes with special offers and discounts.
To stop receiving email messages, you can unsubscribe from this program at any time by. If you provide an email address, Harland Clarke has your permission to send you email messages using an automatic emailing system for commercial or transactional purposes.

Harland Clarke honors your choice to opt out of the use of Offline Marketing Information for offline direct mail campaigns or online interest-based advertising. To process your request to opt out, we require your name, address and email address, which will be used only for the purpose of opting out.
Harland Clarke may use third party companies to perform services on our behalf and at our direction (with the permission of those third party companies with which Harland Clarke does business) to help Harland Clarke communicate with consumers or provide them with products or services. In these instances, Harland Clarke has written agreements that require the parties with whom it shares information to keep it safe and confidential and to use it only for the purposes specified.
For example, we may provide your information to third party service providers that we have engaged to assist us in maintaining good consumer relations by communicating to you relevant announcements regarding exclusive sales, company information, and to conduct consumer surveys. We may also provide your information to third party service providers who assist us in fulfilling your order, as well as to financial institutions for customer verification and fraud prevention purposes. All of our third party service providers are required by contract not to otherwise disclose your personal information. If we allow a third party vendor to have access to your personally identifying information, we will not authorize them to take it or use it for any purpose that is not consistent with this privacy statement.
Finally, in certain limited circumstances, we may be called upon to release the information we collect in response to a court order, subpoena, search warrant, law or regulation. We will cooperate in responding to such requests, taking appropriate measures to ensure that the requester understands the potentially-sensitive nature of the information they may receive. Harland Clarke maintains policies and procedures designed to ensure that your Personal Information is used appropriately and within the scope of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which is the federal law that regulates consumer financial privacy. These policies and procedures apply to all Personal Information that is provided to Harland Clarke in connection with the provision of checks or other financial products and services.
If you are a California resident, this section applies to Harland Clarke’s processing of information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household, as provided for in the CCPA (“California Personal Information”). Subject to applicable exceptions and/or exemptions, California residents have the following rights pursuant to the CCPA and its implementing regulations.

Please note that as required under applicable law, Harland Clarke will take appropriate steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your CCPA request.

In accordance with Section 1798.145(e) of the CCPA and its implementing regulations, information that Harland Clarke collects, processes, sells or discloses pursuant to the GLBA (such as information obtained in connection with the placement of a check order) is exempt from the CCPA and its implementing regulations. As such, all such information is processed in accordance with the GLBA and its implementing regulations.
In accordance with Section 1798.145(l) of the CCPA, information reflecting a transaction between Harland Clarke and an individual who is acting on behalf of a business is exempt from the Section 100, 105, 110, 115, 130 and 135 consumer rights which are afforded to California residents (as outlined above).
As a Nevada resident, you have the right not to have your personal information sold.
For purposes of this section, Personal Information means any one or more of the following items of personally identifiable information about a consumer collected by a covered business through a website or online service and maintained by the covered business in an accessible form: (1) a first and last name; (2) a home or other physical address which includes the name of a street and the name of a city or town; (3) an email address; (4) a telephone number; (5) a social security number; (6) an identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted either physically or online; (7) any other information concerning a person collected from the person through the covered business’ website or online service and maintained by the covered business in combination with an identifier in a form that makes the information personally identifiable.
